My experiences in the workplace and the community are both extensive and intensive. She spent many years working as Assistant to the Director of Career Services at Princeton University. Robin served on the Princeton Regional Board of Education for six years as both President and Vice President. Robin also served as Vice President of the Mercer County Board of Education, as a Princeton Civil Rights Commissioner and as a member of the Site Plan Advisory Board.

Even after you close on your house, you can always feel free to call me for advice, for help, for information. As one of my customers once said, "Once we work with you, we're velcroed together forever!" I will be there for you, both as you change and as your real estate needs change. I recognize that "home" means different things to different people and my success is predicated on knowing what my customers expect, and then showing you those homes that meet your specific needs.

I find opportunities quickly. Living in the community in which I work, and maintaining a good relationship with my colleagues enables me to be "on top of the market." I really know the geographic area in which I work. If your agent needs a map, you might want to find a different agent! I serve you after the sale. I am happy to act as a resource for you even years after you move. I will save you time by previewing properties. I will educate you about the market and negotiate on your behalf. I will bring to our relationship a cadre of professionals who are experts at restoration, preservation and transformation. I work at your pace. I listen. I proceed only after I completely understand your needs and what it is you are trying to accomplish. I only show property that is within your price range, and relevant to you.
Why should you work with me to list your home?
I price properly. This is a tricky market and it takes time and knowledge to determine that proper price for your home. I have terrific presence in the market. I take my own photographs and write my own copy. I know where and when to advertise your house. My advertising budget is generous and I'm not reluctant to use it! My style and image are recognized throughout the area and I make sure your house is, too! I can give you ideas about presenting your house in the best way and can supply folks to help you do it. My assistant and I are caring and attentive to you, your family and even your pets!
